Lemons and Lemonade

Let's face it, grieving is difficult at best. The questions of why and what if are persistent. The final days, hours and minutes of your loved ones' lives can play over and over, weighing heavily on your mind. Those events will continue to replay on your mind until you choose to break out of the cycle.

Every negative thought reinforces negativity and breeds more negative thoughts. When life gave me lemons (the passing of my son) I discovered that I don't much like lemons and sucking on lemons every day was not a sustainable lifestyle that leads to anywhere I wanted to go. So I made lemonade. Between my blog, administering grief support groups, writing my books and doing medium readings, I am trying to teach others how to make lemonade from their lemons.

The answers are there for you to find. You just need some direction to discover the answers within yourself. My second book was inspired by, and written with the intention of helping you discover your path. The title tells you exactly what is inside: From Grief to Awakening: Discover Hope and Healing in Your Own Spirituality.

Both of my books are available for Kindle and NOOK readers. My first book is available in paperback at my website, Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites, with my second book due out in paperback by year end. If you feel the need for a more personal, one one one approach, please schedule a session through my website.
